Hill Summer applications open in October:
- First Round of Consideration – Closes Wednesday, January 1: decisions Wednesday, January 22
- Second Round – Closes Wednesday, January 22; decisions Wednesday, February 5
- After Second Round: Rolling Admissions

How To Apply
To begin, please fill out an online application for the 2025 Hill Summer program. There is a non-refundable application fee of $60. Returning Hill Summer families don’t need to reapply.

Send the Admissions Team information to supplement your application. All forms are available within the online application:
- 2 Teacher Questionnaires
- School Records for the past 2.5 years, including report cards, standardized test scores, and any accommodation plans (IEP, 504, etc.)
- If applicable: diagnostic information about your child’s ADHD, learning difference, or other diagnosis. Students do not need a diagnosis to attend Hill Summer.
When all parts of the application are received, our Admissions Committee will review the documents and follow-up as needed.
The Admissions Committee will review all available materials and determine if Hill Summer is the right fit for the student’s needs.
Once a decision is made, we will reach out to the family as quickly as possible.
Program Details
- Dates: June 23 – July 25, 2025 (off 7/4)
- Times: 8:30-11:30AM or 12:30-3:30PM
- Cost: $3,275 (not including a $60 non-refundable application fee)
- Grade Range: Rising 1-8
