Go deeper with HillRAP once you are trained!
All new HillRAP teachers are encouraged to enroll in a coaching package at the start, and individual coaching sessions can be purchased for any HillRAP teacher at any time. A HillRAP Coaching session is essential for newly-trained teachers and is also appropriate for:
- experienced teachers looking for new tips and strategies
- HillRAP instructors who have been away from HillRAP for a while and need a refresher
- teachers who need help addressing a challenging instructional need or issue
- novice or veteran HillRAP instructors who want to build their confidence, add new skills, and achieve success in their classroom
It is best practice for all teachers to work with a coach annually even after certification is attained.
