Tailored Learning For Your Child

For students in grades 1-6, Hill Tutoring offers limited daytime tutoring services in our Orton-Gillingham based reading and writing methodologies.

Initial sessions allow a tutor the opportunity to build a relationship with your child as the tutor determines academic gaps and begins individualized instruction based on identified needs. From there, tutors follow a structured set of components in the reading or writing methodology as they break skills into manageable chunks for learning and teach students through a direct, engaging, multisensory approach. Instruction focuses on key foundational literacy skills such as phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, spelling, comprehension, and more.
