After
the educational team has collected and analyzed all of the data from the
functional behavior assessment process and a hypothesis is created, what are the
next steps? Understanding how to use FBA data to drive the development of a
behavior plan is a crucial, and often misunderstood, part of the process.
Participants will learn how to:
- Interpret
and utilize FBA data to drive the development of the
BIP
- Facilitate
the creation of a BIP based on a th orough understanding of important
components
- Determine
interventions and be able to explain the rationale for their
implementation
- Use
data collection tools to determine the effectiveness of
interventions
